PS Tourism Welcomes Tourists Aboard MV World Odyssey

The Principal Secretary (PS) State Department for Tourism, John Ololtuaa, this morning represented the Cabinet Secretary, Hon. Penina Malonza, in welcoming 620 passengers and 175 crew who arrived in the country aboard World Odyssey Cruise ship’s Semester at Sea. This is the second call by the ship in a span of two months as cruise tourism continues to take shape in the Coastal region.

PS Ololtuaa noted that the development of the new cruise terminal at the port of Mombasa was significant as more cruise planners are now targeting Kenya within their itineraries.
