PS Museiya in her capacity as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wildlife Research and Training Institute joined other Board members in a meeting at the Aberdare Country Club as they deliberate on matters pertaining progress of the Institution.
WRTI Kenya was established with the understanding that wildlife research agenda needs to be more focused to provide reliable scientific information on emerging wildlife conservation and management challenges.
The institute is expected to provide:
  1. Knowledge on the status of the country’s wildlife and their potential to facilitate optimised benefits from the wildlife resource;
  2. Capacity development through training to enhance wildlife conservation and management;
  3. Quality and comprehensive wildlife data and information to inform policy formulation.
