Induction Workshop – 8/3/2022

“You must ensure you apply diligence, competence, teamwork and commitment when delivering your services ” PS Museiya has urged officers.

She said this when she officially opened an induction training of 30 officers who have been recruited in the State Department within the last 2 years.

The Induction training is in line with the Human Resource Policies and Procedures Manual for the Public Service May 2016 and is meant to help the officers familiarize with work environment and what is required of them.

Among the many things to be covered top on the list is overview of organization and functions of the government of Kenya, etiquette,Grooming, Dress code, government communication, Supply Chain Management procedures, Finance Procedures, career Progression, Public Service Code of Conduct, performance management and many more

The PS committed to support the team and asked them to reciprocate so that together the mandate of the Department will be achieved.

Madam PS was accompanied by Secretary Administration Mr Chelimo, Ag Secretary Wildlife Dr Shadrack and all Heads of Departments .
