The Cabinet Secretary, Hon. Peninah Malonza, earlier today took part in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Kenya and the Philippines on cooperation in the field of culture and the arts.
The MOU, signed by H.E Amb. Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Undersecretary for Bilateral Relations & ASEAN Affairs of the Dept. of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Philippines and the CS, will see Kenya and the Philippines collaborate in promoting cultural heritage between the 2 countries.
