• Develop and review national tourism policies and programmes.

• Coordinate development, implementation and review of tourism legislation.
• Coordinate implementation of set national goals, targets and indicators for sustainable tourism development.
• Coordinate the mainstreaming of tourism issues in sectoral policies and strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the national tourism policies, strategies and programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of tourism legislations.
• Monitor and evaluate tourism programs and projects including Vision 2030.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of National Tourism Blueprint.
• Monitor and evaluate implementation tourism 5 years strategy.
