Ag. Deputy Director, Tourism Product Development and Promotion Robert Kamiti represented the PS State Department for Tourism John Ololtuaa at the World Rally Championship Safari Rally Kenya 2025 stakeholders meeting which was chaired by the CS Ministry of Sports and Creative Economy Hon. Salim Mvurya.
The discussions centered on preparations for the upcoming WRC Safari Rally Championship scheduled to take place from 20 to 23 March, 2025 in Naivasha.
The WRC Safari Rally event plays a significant role in boosting tourism in Kenya, as it provides an international platform to showcase the country’s natural beauty, culture, and hospitality reinforcing its image as a world-class travel destination.
