  • Promote the development of diverse tourism products and value addition along the tourism supply chain.
  • Sensitize and create awareness on tourism products development for stakeholders’ uptake.
  • Coordinate the development of appropriate tourism product mix.
  • Liaise with County Governments for the development of appropriate tourism products
  • Promote development of niche tourism products and services.
  • Provides visitors with reliable tourism information services.
  • Promote partnerships for tourism development.
  • Develop and coordinate the implementation of the tourism marketing strategy for the country.
  • Undertake tourism market intelligence research
  • Liaise with Kenyan Missions abroad for promotion and marketing of Kenya as a tourism destination
