- Promote the development of diverse tourism products and value addition along the tourism supply chain.
- Sensitize and create awareness on tourism products development for stakeholders’ uptake.
- Coordinate the development of appropriate tourism product mix.
- Liaise with County Governments for the development of appropriate tourism products
- Promote development of niche tourism products and services.
- Provides visitors with reliable tourism information services.
- Promote partnerships for tourism development.
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of the tourism marketing strategy for the country.
- Undertake tourism market intelligence research
- Liaise with Kenyan Missions abroad for promotion and marketing of Kenya as a tourism destination
